摘要

Abstract

In order to study the influence of temperature and axial load on the mechanical properties of tubing joints,a 3-1/2 in(88.9 mm)three-dimensional structure model and finite element simulation model of tubing joints were created for S13Cr tubing joints,and the influence of different temperatures and different axial loads on the connection strength and sealing performance of tubing joints were analyzed,as well as the stress characteristics.The results indicate that as the temperature increases,there is a corresponding increase in the overall maximum equivalent stress of the tubing joint,along with a noticeable increase in thread stress.Additionally,an increase in tensile load leads to a partial offset of preload and the equivalent stress and contact pressure show a decreasing trend.As the axial compressive load increases,the equivalent stress and contact pressure at the threaded shoulder show an increasing trend.The stress at the shoulder is high and evenly distributed,indicating good sealing performance at the shoulder..
