Abstract
In order to meet the dimensional accuracy requirements of the end groove of ultra-large diameter spiral welded pipe,the factors affecting the dimensional accuracy of the end groove processing of steel pipe were analyzed.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the cutting methods of steel pipe such as flame chamfering mechanism,plasma cutting and flame cutting,an improved scheme is proposed to use flame chamfering for pipe end groove processing.The practical application of the scheme shows that the stability,continuity,flame chamfering efficiency and groove processing accuracy of the flame cutting process of pipe end have been significantly improved.The machining quality of pipe end groove fully meets the requirements of relevant standards.关键词
