Abstract
The technical and management innovations of small hydropower in rural area were discussed in this paper,as well as related policy recommendations.In the aspect of technical innovation,it was suggested to promote the technical innovation of small hydropower,including the research and application of new water turbines,power generation equipment and intelligent monitoring systems,while promoting new energy technologies that complement small hydropower.In the aspect of management innovation,it was suggested to introduce advanced management mode,optimize management process and improve work efficiency,and establish scientific decision-making system to realize rational allocation and maximum utilization of resources.In addition,the measures of strengthening supervision,constructing regional hydropower group company and strengthening the construction of cadre team were also put forward.In terms of policy suggestions,it was suggested to perfect the feed-in tariff policy in line with economic development,adjust the preferential policy of value-added tax,and innovate the financing policy of small hydropower development.These policy recommendations were aimed at stimulating investment and construction of small rural hydropower projects,reducing their costs and improving their competitiveness,thereby supporting their sustainable development.关键词
