Abstract
Louli Reservoir is an important project in the flood control system of the Minghe River Basin.Its main task is flood control,and the main flood protection objects are Yongnian District downstream of the dam site,villages and farmlands on both sides of the Minghe River,and Ningjinpo detention basin.The flood control benefit of Louli reservoir was analyzed.The flood control benefit of Yongnian city was calculated by using the optimal equivalent substitution method.The optimal equivalent substitution method was used in Yongnian District.In other areas,the frequency method was used for calculation,the indirect flood control benefit was properly considered,and the economic evaluation was carried out on the basis of the flood control benefit analysis.The results showed that the flood control benefit of Louli Reservoir was remarkable,the indicators,such as economic internal rate of return,met the standard requirements and were economically feasible.In the future,non-economic benefits such as people's life,ecology and society should be fully considered in the analysis of flood control benefits,and the existing analysis and calculation methods should be improved.关键词
