基础振动下插装式单向阀的动态响应特性研究
Study on dynamic response characteristics of cartridge check valve under foundation vibration

Abstract
To clarify the effect of strong vibration environment on the working performance of cartridge check valve for a special vehicle,the mathematical model,and AMESim simulation model of the cartridge check valve under foundation vibration were established.The dynamic response characteristics of the check valve with different vibration parameters and valve structure parameters were analysed when the maximum acceleration of foundation vibration was 4g.The validity of the model was verified by experiment.Results show that when forward flow is passed and the base vibration frequency is greater than 43 Hz,the amplitude of flow fluctuation of the check valve is less than 10%of the full working condition,and there is no failure of flow fluctuation,and the relative deviation of the time-averaged flow rate relative to no vibration is less than 25%.When the flow rate is small,the larger the spring stiffness,the smaller the mass of the spool,and the smaller the flow rate fluctuation.When the flow rate is large,the larger the diameter of the spring cavity damping orifice,the smaller the flow rate fluctuation.While the check valve is reverse cutoff,foundation vibration can make the valve orifice open,and the minimum reverse leakage flow is 3.3 mL/min,and the cutoff function is disabled.Under vibration environment,the flow rate fluctuation of cartridge check valve can be reduced by appropriately increasing the spring stiffness,reducing the mass of the spool and increasing the diameter of the spring cavity damping orifice.关键词
