基于消涡整流片的潜艇伴流场优化
Optimization of submarine wake field based on vortex control baffle
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the problem that the strong influence of horseshoe vortex generated at the junction of submarine main attachment on the non-uniformity of the wake field,leading to the vibration and noise of submarine propeller,based on the numerical simulation method,SUBOFF submarine model was taken as the research object,and the suppression effect of different installation positions and sizes of vortex control baffle on horseshoe vortex was analyzed.For the submarine model(AFF-2)with only sail,when the length of the vortex control baffle is 100 mm and the height is 25 mm,the rectification effect is better.The design of the baffle scheme is applied to the fully attached submarine model(AFF-8),and the wake unevenness of the tail propeller disk is reduced by 25%~80%,indicating that the installation position and structure size of the baffle are the main factors affecting the tail wake field uniformity.关键词
