添加褪黑素对常温和冷冻保存獭兔精液的影响
Effects of Supplementing Melatonin on Semen Qualities of Rex Bucks under Room Temperature and Cryopreservation Conditions

Abstract
Melatonin is an indoles secreted by pineal gland of mammals,which has high antioxidant effects.The study of its best concentration in semen extenders is beneficial for semen preservation,transportation and artificial insemination.In this study,20 Rex bucks were used and their semen samples were collected.After supplementing gradient amounts of melatonin(0,0.05,0.1,0.2,0.4 mmol/L),the sperm motility,density and deformity of all semen samples were observed at different time points(12,24,36,48,60,72,96 h)at room temperature,and after freezing/thawing processes.The results showed that the supplementation of melatonin under room temperature had no significant effects on sperm quality index,while melatonin significantly improved sperm motility(P＜0.05)during freezing/thawing process.The best concentration for melatonin supplementation in sperm freezing extender of Rex buck is 0.05 mmol/L.关键词
