哈蟆油水提物对环磷酰胺诱导的卵巢早衰小鼠的保护作用OACSTPCD
Protective Effect of Water Extract from Rana Oviduct on Mouse Model of Premature Ovarian Failure Induced by Cyclophosphamide
为探索哈蟆油对卵巢功能的影响,选取42只8周龄雌性昆明小鼠,随机分成6组,分别为空白对照组、雌激素组、模型组、预保护对照组、阳性对照组和预保护组,每组7只.前14 d对小鼠灌胃饲养,后14 d对小鼠腹腔注射制造卵巢早衰模型,试验结束时,处死试验动物,进行血液、器官采样和指标分析.结果表明:与模型组相比,阳性对照组和预保护组的子宫指数和卵巢指数均显著增加(P<0.05),且预保护组比阳性对照组高;与空白对照组相比,环磷酰胺能显著提高小鼠血清中的促卵泡激素、促黄体生成素、睾酮和催乳素的含量(P<0.05),显著降低雌二醇、抗米勒管激素和孕酮的含量(P<0.05);预保护组小鼠血清中的雌二醇、抗米勒管激素和孕酮含量显著高于模型组(P<0.05),促卵泡激素、促黄体生成素、睾酮和催乳素含量显著低于模型组(P<0.05);与阳性对照组相比,预保护组小鼠血清中促黄体生成素含量显著降低(P<0.05);与模型组相比,预保护组和阳性对照组血清中的抗米勒管激素含量均显著提高(P<0.05).说明哈蟆油对环磷酰胺诱导的卵巢早衰小鼠具有一定的保护作用.
In order to explore the effect of Rana oviduct on ovarian function,42 eight-week-old female Kunming mice were selected in this experiment and randomly divided into six groups,namely blank control group,estrogen group,model group,pre-protection control group,positive control group and pre-protection group,seven mice in each group.The mice were fed by gavage for the first 14 days,and the mice were intraperitoneally injected for the next 14 days to create a model of premature ovarian failure.The test results showed that compared with the model group,the uterine index and ovarian index of the positive control group and the pre-protection group increased(P<0.05),and the pre-protection group was more higher than those of the positive control group.Cyclophosphamide could significantly increase the serum levels of follicle-stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone,testosterone,and prolactin(P<0.05),estradiol,anti-Mullerian hormone and progesterone.The content of estradiol,anti-mullerian hormone and progesterone in the serum of the mice in the pre-protection group was significantly lower than that in the model group(P<0.05).The serum levels of follicle-stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone,testosterone,and prolactin were significantly lower than those in the model group(P<0.05).Compared with the positive control group,the pre-protection group could significantly reduce serum luteinizing hormone,and compared with the model group,both the pre-protection group and the positive control group could significantly increase the serum anti-Mullerian hormone content(P<0.05).The results show that Rana oviduct has a certain protective effect on mice with premature ovarian failure induced by cyclophosphamide.
