为测定小熊猫的血液学指标范围,对比不同性别小熊猫血液学指标,用(8.85±1.51)mg/kg氯胺酮和(2.93±0.90)mg/kg赛拉嗪短效复合麻醉的方法化学保定17只(8只雄性和9只雌性)表观健康的成年小熊猫,采集血液,测定血液学指标.结果表明:雌、雄小熊猫血液生理学检测结果没有显著差异(P>0.05);血液生化检测结果中,雌性小熊猫碱性磷酸酶(ALP)显著高于雄性(P<0.05),雄性小熊猫间接胆红素(IBIL)显著高于雌性(P<0.05),其他检测结果均无显著差异(P>0.05).研究结果可为小熊猫疾病诊疗及研究提供参考.

The aim of this study was to determine the hematological parameters of red panda,and compare the difference of haematological indexes between male and female red pandas.17 healthy adult red pandas,8 males and 9 females,were chemically immobilized using a short-acting combined anesthesia method with(8.85±1.51)mg/kg ketamine and(2.93±0.90)mg/kg xylazine,and blood samples were collected for the determination of hematological indexes.The results showed that there were no significant difference in blood physiological parameters between male and female red pandas(P>0.05).Biochemical parameters showed that alkaline phosphatase(ALP)of female red panda was significantly higher than that of male red pandas(P<0.05),indirect bilirubin(IBIL)of male red pandas was significantly higher than that of female red pandas(P<0.05),while there were no significant difference in other biochemical parameters(P>0.05).The results could provide references for the diagnosis and treatment of red panda disease.
