利多卡因CRI对犬麻醉效果的评估
Anesthetic Evaluation of the Lidocaine with Continuous Rate of Infusion on Canines
摘要
Abstract
The aim of this study is to evaluate the anesthetic effect of different doses of continuous rate infusion of lidocaine on canines.In this experiment,propofol was used as the induced anesthetics,isoflurane as the maintained anesthetics,and different concentrations of lidocaine were injected into the intravenous drip at constant speed during the operation.The optimal concentration of lidocaine was finally determined by the physiological indicators,pain reflex of the canines,and the anesthetic effects.According to the experimental results,a reasonable,safe and feasible concentration of lidocaine CRI assisted anesthesia program was developed and applied in clinical surgery.The results showed that 4 mg/kg lidocaine CRI had a good analgesic effect on canines,and the body temperature,heart rate,respiration rate and blood pressure were all normal with this dose.It indicated that the lidocaine CRI procedure developed in this study could be used for general pain management in surgery,and the anesthetic procedure developed in this study provided the reference for the establishment of standard procedures for veterinary anesthesiology.关键词
