为提高黑天鹅人工饲养的存活率,使用大体解剖和苏木精-伊红(HE)染色法观察黑天鹅肾脏组织形态结构.结果表明:黑天鹅肾脏由被膜和实质两部分构成,被膜为薄层的致密结缔组织,肾实质由大小不一的肾小叶围绕构成,镜下可见肾脏外表面凹凸不平.肾小管以肾小叶内中央静脉为中心呈放射状分布,由内至外依次为髓质部和皮质部.肾小体分为两类,一类肾小囊壁层为梭状的单层扁平上皮,与哺乳动物肾小囊壁层相同,称为Ⅰ型肾小体;另一类肾小囊壁层为单层的低立方上皮、立方上皮或低柱状上皮,称为Ⅱ型肾小体,其中立方上皮或低柱状的壁层上皮游离面有刷状缘.肾实质中有丰富的血管,肾实质深部有静脉和输尿管分支并行.

The research aims to study the renal histology and morphology of black swan by gross anatomy and HE staining.The kideny is composed of two parts:the envelope and the parenchyma.The envelope is a thin layer of dense connective tissue.The kidney of black swan was surrounded by several developed renal lobules,which made the kidney surface uneven.The renal tubules were radially distributed in the central vein of the lobule,Medulla and cortex from inside to outside.Renal corpuscle could be divided into two kinds.One kind belonged to renal corpuscle type Ⅰ,which characterized by simple squamous epithelium lining of the renal capsule,and the same to small mammals renal lining.The other kind was renal corpuscle type Ⅱ which was single low cuboidal epithelium,cuboidal epithelium or low columnar epithelium lining.There was a brush border on the free surface of cuboidal epithelium or low columnar epithelial.There were abundant vascular distributions in the parenchyma.The great central vein in the deep renal parenchyma ran parallel with the ureter branch.
