复配絮凝剂处理养殖废水中的氨氮及总磷OACSTPCD

Treatment of Ammonia Nitrogen and Total Phosphorus in Farming Wastewater with Compound Flocculants

将絮凝剂聚合硫酸铁(PFS)、聚氯硫酸铝铁(PAFCS)与助凝剂阴离子聚丙烯酰胺(APAM)、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)、非离子型聚丙烯酰胺(NPAM)相互组合,处理养殖废水中的氨氮和总磷.对单一絮凝剂的去除效果进行比较,再进行复配混凝试验,筛选出最佳复配组合及投加量,利用响应面法对处理效果最优的组合进行絮凝条件优化.结果表明:PFS+NPAM为最优复配组合,其去除效果显著高于单一絮凝剂,当PFS投加量为1 500 mg/L、NPAM投加量为8 mg/L时,氨氮、总磷去除效果最好,去除率分别为(73.81±0.20)%,(93.57±0.30)%;经絮凝条件优化后去除效果明显提高,在初始pH 7.0、温度35℃、搅拌时间10 min时,氨氮的去除率为79.15%,总磷的去除率为96.50%,废水排放达到《畜禽养殖业污染物排放标准》(GB 18596-2001).

Ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus in aquaculture wastewater was treated with combination of flocculants,polyferric sulfate(PFS),polyaluminum ferric sulfate(PAFCS),and anionic,cationic,and non-ionic polyacrylamides(APAM,CPAM,NPAM)as coagulants in the study.Firstly,the removal effect of a single flocculant was compared and analyzed,and then the compound coagulation test was carried out to select the best combination and dosage.The response surface method was used to optimize the flocculation conditions of the combination with the best treatment effect.The results showed that PFS+NPAM was the optimal combination,and its removal effect was significantly higher than that of a single flocculant.When the dosage of PFS and NPAM was 1 500 mg/L and 8 mg/L respectively,ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus were removed effectively,and the removal rate was(73.81±0.20)%and(93.57±0.30)%respectively.The removal effect was obviously improved after the optimization of flocculation conditions.When the initial pH value was 7.0,the temperature was 35℃,and the stirring time lasted for 10 min,the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus reached to 79.15%and 96.50%respectively,and the wastewater discharge shall meet the Pollutant Discharge Standard of Livestock and Poultry Industry(GB 18596-2001).
