Research Progress on the Function of Herpesvirus UL24 Protein
摘要
Abstract
The highly conserved UL24 protein of herpesvirus is one of the determinants of viral virulence and is related to many processes of herpesvirus infection.In recent years,studies have found that the UL24 protein of herpesvirus has the functions of participating in the immune escape,affecting the cell cycle,participating in membrane fusion,and modifying nucleoli.In addition,UL24 protein can also interact with other host cell proteins to play its functions.This article reviews the UL24 protein and its functions in order to provide a theoretical reference for the in-depth study of the pathogenic mechanism of the herpesvirus,the development of vaccines,and the functions of UL24 protein.关键词
