通过田间试验,研究了玉米秸秆深翻还田对表层(0~20 cm)和亚表层(20~40 cm)土壤及其团聚体内有机碳含量和化学组成的影响.结果表明:表层和亚表层土壤,与玉米秸秆未还田的对照处理相比,秸秆深翻还田后>2 mm水稳性大团聚体比例显著增加,0.25~0.053 mm水稳性微团聚体比例显著降低,使得水稳性团聚体的平均重量直径显著增加;土壤有机碳、颗粒有机碳、胡敏酸碳和胡敏素碳含量以及胡敏酸碳/富里酸碳比值显著增加,同时水溶性有机碳含量也呈增加趋势;不同粒级水稳性团聚体中,有机碳、水溶性有机碳和腐殖质碳含量也显著增加或呈增加趋势;从土壤有机碳的化学组成来看,土壤及>2 mm水稳性大团聚体内烷基碳通常趋于降低,而烷氧碳趋于增加,土壤中芳香碳和羰基碳含量增加,>2 mm水稳性大团聚体内芳香碳和羰基碳含量趋于降低,土壤及>2 mm水稳性大团聚体内烷基碳/烷氧碳比值和疏水碳/亲水碳比值趋于降低,脂族碳/芳香碳比值在土壤中趋于增加,而在大团聚体中趋于降低.上述结果说明,玉米秸秆深翻还田不仅能增加表层和亚表层土壤有机碳含量,而且有利于改善土壤腐殖化程度和土壤结构,是提升土壤固碳能力和肥力质量的有效措施.

Through field experiments,the effects of deep plowing of maize straw into the field on the surface(0-20 cm)and sub-surface(20-40 cm)soil and the organic carbon content and chemical composition of soil aggregates were studied.The results showed that,in both surface and subsurface soils,compared with the control treatment without returning maize straw,the proportion of>2 mm water-stable macroaggregates significantly increased after straw deep plowing and returning,while the proportion of water-stable micro-aggregates of 0.25-0.053 mm decreased significantly,making the mean weight diameter of the water-stable aggregates significantly increased.The content of or-ganic carbon,particulate organic carbon,humic acid carbon and humin carbon in soil,and the ratio of humic acid carbon to fulvic acid carbon were significantly increased,and the water-soluble or-ganic carbon content also showed an increasing trend;in the water-stable aggregates of different sizes,the content of organic carbon,water-soluble organic carbon and humus carbon also increased significantly or showed an increasing trend;from the chemical composition of soil organic carbon,in the>2 mm water-stable macroaggregates of soil,the alkyl carbon tended to decrease and the o-alkyl carbon tended to increase,so that the ratio of alkyl carbon to o-alkyl carbon tended to de-crease.The above results indicate that maize straw returning with deep plowing can not only increase the organic carbon content of surface and subsurface soil,but also help improve soil humification and soil structure.Therefore,it is an effective measure to improve soil carbon sequestration capacity and fertility quality.
