摘要

Abstract

Factors affecting the taste of drinking water include organic and inorganic components.Further studies analyzed inorganic components,which are more common in drinking water and have a more significant impact.The experiment took pure water as the blank control group,adjusted its pH value and main ionic composition,including K+,Na+,Ca2+,Mg2+,Al3+,Cl-,SO42-,CO32-,SiO32-,etc.,and investigated the effects of different factors on taste using quantitative description sensory analysis.The results showed that influence of pH value between 5.00 and 8.00 on drinking water taste was not significant.The cations in drinking water mainly affected the astringency and saltiness of drinking water,especially the astringency,while anions were often sweet,which madethe influence on the taste of drinking water more abundant.Better drinking water taste couldbe obtained in the range of suitable contents of each ion.The research results can help consumers have better understanding about the quality indicesand select appropriate product,and provide a theoretical reference for researchers and water treatment.
