Abstract
The adverse impact of China's rapid urbanization on the water environment has driven the demand for urban rainfall runoff pollution control technologies.In this study,surface runoff pollution in a sponge city construction area in Gansu,China was monitored,and an InfoWorksICM hydraulic model was established to simulate rainfall and runoff pollution characteristics of different underlying surfaces.Finally,a renovation plan was proposed to control rainfall runoff pollution in the study area through the established model.By monitoring the water quality of initial rainfall,it was found that the concentration of pollutants in rainfall runoff is affected by rainfall intensity and drought duration before rainfall,and the initial concentration of pollutants in rainfall runoff was different in different periods.The typical pollution degree of the underlying surface was road green belt>driveway>sidewalk>residential road surface>parking lot>park green space>roof,and suspended matter was the most important pollutant in the underlying surface.The runoff and pollution control effects of three kinds of sponge facilities in different recurrence periods were analyzed by using the model.It was concluded that the runoff pollution control effect was the best in the submerged green space,followed by the permeable pavement,and the treatment effect of the high flower bed was poor.According to the actual situation of the study area,a detailed reconstruction plan was put forward for different risk areas,including 69 000 m2 of sinking green space,31 080 m2 of permeable pavement and 2 010 m2 of high flower beds.The study findsthat the layout of sponge facilities can improve the regional pollutant control ability,and the effect is different according to the characteristics of the underlying surface and the proportion of facilities layout.关键词
