特大型复合原水泵房工艺优化设计
Process Optimization Design of Extra-Large Scale Composite Raw Water Pump House

Abstract
This paper takes the raw water pump house of Hangzhou water intake relocation project as a case,introduces the key points of process design for extra-large scale composite pump house.In order to save investment in civil engineering,the lifting pump room of the reserved sedimentation tank and the raw water booster pump room arejointly built,the scale is 3 million m3/d.The selection of key parameters in the design process,optimization of pump room layout,one-way pressure stabilizing tower for water hammer protection,pump room accident flood prevention,simultaneous prevention of water rise by inertia and sediment deposit in the fore bay,and connection with the future sedimentation tank aremainly focused.With the application of hydraulic transition process analysis,the stability and resilient safety of the systemare enhanced,which can be used as a reference for the design of other water intake projects.Based on the needs of operation and maintenance management,the number of variable frequency pumpsis reasonably optimized to match all operating conditions;maximum energy saving of 13.5%can be achieved.After preliminary analysis of direct operating costs,the cost is about 0.284 yuan/t.关键词
