Application of BIM Technology in EPC General Contract Project of Nanjing Xianlin WWTP Expansion Project
大力发展数字经济、建设数字中国是构筑国家竞争新优势的重要支撑,党的二十大报告提出"要加快发展数字经济,促进数字经济和实体经济深度融合".数字化能够有效牵引生产和服务体系智能化升级,促进产业链、价值链延伸拓展、融合发展,是实体经济转型升级的必然选择.信息建筑模型(BIM)技术作为数字化技术之一,具有其可视化、模拟性、协调性、优化性等特点,污水厂扩建工程的设计和实施需要考虑多种因素,如地形、气候、水文等,同时还需要考虑工艺流程、设备选型、施工组织等问题,这需要更高质量的设计和实施技能.传统的设计方法不仅效率低下,而且容易出错.近年来,随着BIM技术的不断发展,以及BIM中开源的图形化编程软件Dynamo的广泛应用,设计中将传统的设计通过BIM技术参数化设计,以实现更高效、更准确的水厂设计.BIM技术在污水处理厂的应用背景主要是为了克服传统二维设计的局限性,提高设计和施工效率,实现数据共享和协同工作,最终达到提高生产效率和降低成本的目的.文章从4个方面介绍了BIM技术在南京市仙林污水处理厂异地扩建工程EPC总承包项目中的应用情况,主要包括项目概况、前期BIM策划、BIM技术在各个方面的应用及BIM技术在本项目中产生的经济和社会效益,通过应用BIM技术极大地提高了各专业的工作效率,加强了不同专业间的协同设计,提前解决了管线碰撞等问题,积累了以设计为主导的EPC总承包项目的全生命周期的应用.
Vigorously developing the digital economy and building a digital China is an important support for building a new competitive advantage for the country.The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes"accelerate the development of the digital economy and promote the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy".Digitization can effectively drive the intelligent upgrading of production and service systems,promote the extension and expansion of industrial chains and value chains,and promote integrated development.It is an inevitable choice for the transformation and upgrading of the real economy.Building information modeling(BIM)technology,as one of the digital technologies,BIM technology has the characteristics of visualization,simulation,coordination,optimization,etc.The design and implementation of wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)expansion projects need to consider various factors,such as terrain,climate,hydrology,etc.,as well as process flow,equipment selection,construction organization,and other issues,which require higher quality design and implementation skills.Traditional design methods are not only inefficient,but also prone to errors.In recent years,with the continuous development of BIM technology and the widespread application of open-source graphical programming software Dynamo in BIM,traditional design has been parameterized through BIM technology in design to achieve more efficient and accurate water plant design.The application background of BIM technology in WWTPs is mainly to overcome limitations of traditional two-dimensional design,improve design and construction efficiency,realize data sharing and collaborative work,and finally achieve the purpose of improving production efficiency and reducing costs.This paper elaborates on the application of BIM technology in the EPC general contract project of Nanjing Xianlin WWTP from four aspects,namely the overview of the project along with its significant,early-stage BIM planning;the application of BIM technology in all respects and the economic and social benefits generated by BIM technology in this project,which significantly enhances the work efficiency of various specialties,strengthens the collaborative design among different specialties,avoids and resolves pipeline collision and other issues in advance,and accumulates the application of the entire life cycle of EPC general contracting projects led by design.
