摘要

Abstract

The design scale of Tangwang wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)(phase Ⅰ and Ⅱ)is 180 000 m3/d,adopting CAST+UV disinfection tank as main process,and the quality of effluent carries out the first grade B criteria of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002).In order to cope with the increase of effluent standard and the increase of incoming water,Tangwang WWTP phase Ⅲ project(expansion,upgrading and reclaimed water reuse)is now under construction.Phase Ⅲ expansion area using improved AAO tank+two sedimentation tank+high-density sedimentation tank+V-shaped filter+disinfection contact tank,to strengthen the nitrogen and phosphorus removal;simultaneous renovation of the first and second phase of the process,the addition of ultra-fine grids and denitrification deep-bed filter,the water pumped to the expansion of the depth of treatment;reclaimed water reuse project using ozone contact tanks.After the completion of the phase Ⅲ project,the total treatment scale reaches 260 000 m3/d,the effluent quality is steadily upgraded to meet first grade A criteria of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002),and the reclaimed water effluent water quality is better than the Ⅳ standard of Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water(GB 3838-2002).Actual operation shows that the project is running well,and the quality of effluent can reach the standard stably.
