基于i-PARIHS模式的晚期肿瘤患者安宁疗护护理规范的构建与应用OACSTPCD
Construction and application of hospice care standards for advanced cancer patients based on i-PARIHS model
目的 探讨基于整合式健康服务领域研究成果应用的行动促进(i-PARIHS)模式的晚期肿瘤患者安宁疗护护理规范的构建及应用效果.方法 选取晚期肿瘤患者90例,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组45例.对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予基于i-PARIHS模式构建的安宁疗护护理模式干预,比较2组应用效果.结果 护理干预后,观察组患者汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于对照组,总体幸福感量表评分及生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 基于i-PARIHS模式构建的安宁疗护护理规范能有效缓解晚期肿瘤患者的焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,减轻疾病痛苦,提高总体幸福感及生活质量.
Objective To construct a standard of hospice care for advanced cancer patients based on the Integrated Promoting Action on Research Implementation in Health Services(i-PARIHS)model and explore its application effects.Methods Ninety patients with advanced tumors were randomly di-vided into two groups.The control group(n=45)received routine nursing intervention,while observa-tion group(n=45)received palliative care intervention based on i-PARIHS model.The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing intervention,the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the overall well-being scale score and qual-ity of life score were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The hospice care constructed based on the i-PARIHS model can effectively alleviate patients'negative emotions such as anxiety and depression,alleviate disease pain,and improve overall happiness and quality of life.
