胡卢巴种子萌发期对不同类型盐胁迫的响应
Response of fenugreek seed germination stage to different types saline stress

Abstract
In order to explore the tolerance of different provenances of fenugreek seeds to different types of saline stress during germination,in this study,four regions fenugreek seeds were used as materials,and three different types of saline solutions[neutral single salt(NaCl,0,50,100,150,200 mmol·L-1),neutral mixed salt(NaCl+Na2SO4,the ratio was 1∶2,0,25,50,75,100,125,150,175 mmol·L-1),alkaline mixed salt(NaCl+Na2CO3+NaHCO3+Na2SO4,the ratio was 5∶3∶9∶23,0,50,100,150,200 mmol·L-1)]were prepared to treat the seeds of fenugreek.The effects of saline stress on the germination indexes(relative germination rate,relative germination index,relative vigor index,relative radicle length,relative germ length,relative fresh weight)of fenugreek seeds were investigated.The results showed that the seed germination indexes of different provenances were affected by saline stress under different types of sa-line stress.Low concentration of saline stress promoted the germination of fenugreek seeds.Under the stress of 100 mmol·L-1 single salt,25 mmol·L-1 neutral mixed salt and 50 mmol·L-1 alkaline mixed salt,the relative germination rate was 1.39%,3.89%and 0.52%higher than that of the control,respectively.Under neutral single salt stress,the order of saline tolerance of four fenugreek materials from strong to weak was Qinghai fenugreek,Canada fenugreek,Yunnan fenu-greek,Gansu fenugreek,while under neutral mixed salt and alkaline mixed salt stress,the order of saline tolerance from strong to weak was Qinghai fenugreek,Yunnan fenugreek,Gansu fenugreek,Canada fenugreek.关键词
