神经介素B及其受体在兔圆小囊中的表达和分布
The expression and distribution of neuromedin B and its receptor in the rabbit sacculus rotundus

Abstract
To investigate the expression manner and distribution of the neuromedin B(NMB)and neuromedin B recep-tor(NMBR)gene and protein in the rabbit sacculus rotundus(SR).This study prepared SR tissue sections and stained them with hematoxylin and eosin(HE)to observe the SR tissue morphology.The SR tissue mRNA was extracted and the expression of NMB and NMBR genes was detected by quantitative real-time PCR(qPCR).The SR tissue protein was ex-tracted and the expression of NMB and NMBR proteins was detected by Western blot.Furthermore,the distribution of NMB and NMBR proteins in the SR was detected by immunohistochemistry(IHC).The results showed that the SR structure was similar to that of the normal intestine,but had a well-developed lymphatic tissue,with scattered diffuse neuroendocrine system cells in the lymphatic tissue.NMB and NMBR mRNA were expressed in both male and female rabbit SR,but the expression of NMBR mRNA was significantly higher in male SR than that in female SR.NMB and NMBR proteins were expressed in both male and female rabbit SR,but the expression of both proteins was significantly higher in male SR than that in female SR.NMB and NMBR proteins were mainly distributed in the lymphatic tissue and the villi of the SR,with slightly different distributions.This study clearly identified the expression and distribution of NMB and its receptor in the rabbit SR from both morphological and molecular biological perspectives,laying a foundation for further in-depth research into the functions of NMB and its receptor in the SR.关键词
