数字化转型背景下高职教师信息化教学能力及提升策略
Vocational College Teachers'Information Technology-based Teaching Ability and Enhancement Strategies in the Context of Digital Transformation

Abstract
Teachers'information technology-based teaching ability is a crucial dimension reflecting the high-quality development of vocational colle-ges in the digital era.It is also a key focus for advancing the digital transformation of education.By a questionnaire survey method,two rounds of follow-up investigations were conducted at Vocational College A to analyze the current status and existing problems in the development of instructors'information technology-based teaching ability in the context of digital transformation.The research findings reveal that vocational college teachers currently face issues such as low levels of subject content knowledge,pedagogical knowledge,and technological knowledge;limited inherent integration of information technol-ogy with subject content knowledge;narrow application of information technology and pedagogical knowledge;and the need for improved integration of pedagogical knowledge,subject content knowledge,and situation knowledge.Based on these findings,strategies for enhancing vocational college teach-ers'information technology-based teaching ability are proposed from the individual,school,and government levels in the context of digital transformation.The aim is to achieve high-quality development of information technology-based teaching ability,thereby promoting the digital transformation of vocational education.关键词
