Abstract
Since the implementation of the"Special Post Plan"in 2006,the serious shortage of teachers in rural schools has been effectively allevia-ted.With the expansion of the special post teacher team,the issue of professional adaptation and development of special post teachers has become increas-ingly prominent,directly affecting their work efficiency.Therefore,in-depth interviews were conducted with 12 special post teachers in a certain county of Jiamusi City,Heilongjiang Province.It was found that special post teachers generally face problems such as low sense of career achievement,difficulty in career adaptation,difficulty in career promotion,limited career development,and weakened sense of professional mission.Therefore,it is suggested to improve the recruitment methods and assessment systems,focus on pre-job and post-job training,scientifically allocate special position teachers,stand-ardize school management,and make good career development plans to solve the professional difficulties faced by special post teachers.关键词
