中韩老年教育政策与实践比较研究
A Comparative Study on Policies and Practices of Elderly Education between China and South Korea
摘要
Abstract
In the context of current global demographic changes,elderly education has attracted widespread attention from governments and societies around the world.By comparing the elderly education policies in the fields of laws and regulations,institutional construction and resource allocation,and digital education between China and South Korea,the paper aims to deeply analyze the strategies and effectiveness of the two countries in addressing popu-lation aging,and provide suggestions on this basis,for the development of elderly education in China.It is found that although both China and South Korea have adopted government-led and diversified curriculum strategies in elderly education,there are differences in resource allocation,educational models,and teaching methods.The experience of elderly education in South Korea,such as a sound legal system,sufficient funding investment,and emphasis on teaching staff,provides important reference for China.关键词
