摘要

Abstract

The workplace is a reasonable and effective learning environment.The training of community educators plays a key role in strengthening the construction of community educators and promoting the overall development of community education,which is of great significance to the construction of a lifelong learning society and a learning country.On the basis of clarifying the concept of workplace learning,workplace learning and community educator training have a coupling relationship in three aspects:personal epistemologies,practice curriculum and practice pedagogies.At present,there are some practical difficulties in the training of community educators:lack of scientific demand analysis,and lack of intrinsic motivation for training and learning;simple training methods and low content in practical operation;low systematic degree of training time,and the lack of atmosphere for training effect trans-formation.Therefore,to improve the training of community educators based on workplace learning theory,it is necessary to enhance training awareness on the basis of"workplace"training environment,analyze training needs on the basis of competency standards,and optimize the training system according to systematic scientific design.It will bolster high-quality development of community education to build country great in education.
