建筑业沟通的研究综述OA
A Research Overview of Communication in the Construction Industry:A Comparison Based on Chinese and English Literature
利益相关者的有效沟通对工程项目绩效具有至关重要的影响,但是国内外缺乏建筑业沟通的研究综述.文章针对中国知网和美国土木工程师学会(ASCE)数据库进行检索,并结合"滚雪球"的方法筛选了 14篇中文和32篇英文建筑业沟通的期刊论文,对论文的研究对象、研究方法和研究主题进行比较分析.研究结果表明:项目利益相关者是中英文文献研究最多的对象;模型构建和问卷调查分别是中英文文献最常用的研究方法;"沟通的作用""沟通的技术"和"沟通的影响因素"是中英文文献研究…查看全部>>
