Abstract
The success of architectural engineering projects is critically contingent upon the effectiveness of cost control strategies.The construction phase,characterized by its intricacy,dynamism,and uncertainty,necessitates stringent cost control protocols.This study investigates the issues existing in cost control during the construction phase of architectural engineering projects and presents a set of optimized measures.The objective is to elevate project management standards,curtail costs,ensure the smooth implementation of projects,and underpin the sustainable growth of construction enterprises.关键词
