A Study of the Pricing Models of Lump-Sum Contracts in EPC Projects
摘要
Abstract
The engineering procurement construction(EPC)management model is a project contracting model actively encouraged and promoted domestically,yet its pricing mechanism is still being explored and developed in China.Policy documents advocate that lump-sum contracts should be adopted in EPC projects.In practice,the commonly used pricing models of lump-sum contracts mainly include fixed lump-sum pricing,budget quota rate pricing,and simulated bill of quantities pricing.This paper described the methods,advantages and disadvantages,and applicable conditions and ranges of the three pricing models in detail,and conducted a comparative analysis,so as to provide reference for relevant personnel.关键词
