The Mode,Mechanism and Countermeasures of"Dual Chain"Integration in Shaanxi Province From the Perspective of Open Innovation

Abstract
Promoting the deep integration of"dual chains"is a major measure to deepen innovation-driven development and consolidate the position of enterprises as the main body of innovation,and is an inevitable choice to improve the national innovation system,build a new development pattern,and pro-mote high-quality economic development.In order to reduce the key points and obstacles of China's"dual chain"integration,and promote the deep integration of"dual chain",this article examines the current situation and problems of"dual chain"integration in Shaanxi Province through industry re-search,expert interviews,questionnaire surveys,and other methods.It is found that there are problems such as policy and resource mismatch,lack of effective mechanism connection,and insufficient core driving force in Shaanxi Province's"dual chain"integration.The results indicate that there are four stages of evolution in the integration of Shaanxi's industrial chain and innovation chain,namely the main body aggregation mode,collaborative integration,and the integration network to form a fusion in-novation ecological mode.The paper analyzed the mechanisms of"dual chain"integration,involving knowledge transmission mechanism,digital driving mechanism,collaboration mechanism,and guarantee mechanism,and put forth countermeasures and suggestions for the integration of"dual chains"from the perspectives of government policy formulation,improvement of comprehensive mechanisms,construction of innovation platforms,and promotion of industrial digitization.关键词
