The Internal Integration Mechanism of the Impact of Commitment and Trust Relationships Between Supply Chain Enterprises on Performance

Abstract
In today's highly competitive market,supply chain management has become one of the key factors for business success,and the relationships between supply chain enterprises have a profound im-pact on business development.This study,based on a sample of 891 manufacturing enterprises,explores the impact of commitment and trust relationships between supply chain enterprises on business perform-ance.Factor analysis is used to measure internal integration,and regression analysis to test the media-ting effects.The results show that both commitment and trust relationships between supply chain enter-prises have a significant positive impact on financial and market performance.Additionally,internal in-tegration plays varying degrees of mediating roles in the relationship between commitment and trust and performance.Supply chain relationships facilitate the sharing of relevant resources between trading par-ties,effectively reduce transaction costs,and,through internal integration,coordinate departmental re-sources to enhance business performance.Therefore,enterprise managers should not only pay attention to the establishment and maintenance of inter-enterprise relations in the supply chain,but also strength-en internal integration to promote cooperation among enterprises in the supply chain,so as to achieve improved performance.关键词
