摘要
Abstract
In order to reveal the influencing factors of construction workers'safety cognition and their interaction,master the rules of construction workers'safety cognition and improve their ability to work safely,first,the influencing factors of safety cognition were combed based on cognitive psychology and literature research,and 28 influencing factors were obtained;Secondly,through the questionnaire,the construction workers in many places across the country were investigated,and SPSS 23.0 was used for statistical test and exploratory factor analysis.The influencing factors were divided into five categories:organizational management factors,individual basic characteristics,external environment,risk percep-tion and disposal,and safety knowledge and skills;Finally,AMOS 24.0 is used to construct SEM model to conduct second-order confirmatory factor analysis and causal relationship analysis between factors.The results show that among the five categories of factors,safety knowledge and skills have the greatest impact on construction workers'safety cognition,followed by individual basic characteristics,external environmental factors,organizational management factors and risk perception and disposal factors;Mo-reover,there are direct or indirect interactions between the five categories of factors.关键词
