镜像翻转+CAM法对种植体周围牙龈软组织塑形效果评价分析
Evaluation and analysis of the effect of mirror inversion+CAM method on the shaping of peri-implant gingival soft tissue

Abstract
Objective:To compare the effect of traditional method and mirror inversion method in soft tissue shaping of anterior dental implant,and to provide reference for improving the aesthetic effect of anterior dental implant.Methods:From January 2022 to December 2022,50 patients who underwent single anterior tooth implantation in the Department of Prosthodontics,Hospital of Stomatology,Hebei Medical University were selected.According to the random principle,they were divided into traditional group(n=25,used the temporary crowns)and the mirror group(n=25,used the technique of Mirror flip+CAM)to print temporary crowns.The aesthetic effect and soft tissue morphology were compared between the immediate restoration and 1 month after the temporary crown shaping.Results:The aesthetic effect of the mirror-flipped+CAM method after temporary crown molding restoration was better than that of the traditional method.The height of the proximal and distal gingival papilla in mirror group increased significantly at 1 month after restoration(P<0.05),but no significant change was found in traditional group(P>0.05).The pink esthetic score(PES)was higher than the traditional method.Conclusion:Mir-ror-flip+CAM can replicate and simulate the shape of the neck cupping of natural teeth by controlling the shape of the cup-ping cuff and maintaining the morphology of soft and hard tissues,so as to obtain predictable aesthetic effect and periodontal health.At the same time,it can simplify the existing manufacturing steps and shorten the treatment time,and provide certain clinical reference for the soft tissue remodeling and maintenance of implant restoration in anterior teeth.关键词
