半导体激光应用于前牙一次性根管治疗临床疗效的观察

Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of semiconductor laser application in single-visit root canal treat-ment of anterior teeth.Methods:A total of 96 anterior teeth with pulpitis requiring single-visit root canal treatment were se-lected and randomly divided into two groups.The research group consisted of 51 teeth with 51 root canals,which were irradia-ted with semiconductor laser and filled with iRoot SP single-point method.The control group consisted of 45 teeth with 45 root canals,which were filled with AH-plus root canal paste and vertically compacted warm gutta-percha.The postoperative pain conditions of the two groups were compared within 24～48 hours,the filling effect of the root canals,and the one-year clinical efficacy.Results:The pain grading after operation within 24～48 hours showed that the pain reaction in the research group was lighter,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the root ca-nal filling effect between the research group and the control group(P>0.05).The one-year clinical efficacy comparison showed that the success rate in the research group was 98.1%,while the success rate in the control group was 95.6%.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Using the rapid bactericidal charac-teristics of semiconductor laser to assist one-visit root canal treatment of anterior teeth can result in a light postoperative reac-tion,simple operation,no toxic side effects,and is a more ideal root canal treatment auxiliary method.关键词
