Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of comprehensive intervention led by comprehensive risk pre-control and management in the operating room of radical resection of oral cancer.Methods:Fifty-six patients with oral cancer who underwent radical surgery in our hospital from July 2022 to July 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divid-ed into control group and study group by simple random number table method,with 28 cases in each group.The preoperative and postoperative quality of life of the two groups was observed.The incidence of postoperative complications and the score of nursing quality were analyzed.Results:Before operation,there was no statistical difference in quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of intraoperative risk events in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After surgery,Quality of life and postoperative complications of the study group and postoperative complications of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the nursing quality of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive intervention led by risk pre-control and management in the operating room of radical oral cancer surgery can effectively reduce the risk events and postoperative complications,and improve the quality of life,which is of great clinical significance.关键词
