Application and progress of ERAS in pediatric laparoscopic pyeloplasty
摘要
Abstract
Currently,congenital ureteropelvic junction obstruction(UPJO)is primarily treated with lap-aroscopic pyeloplasty(LP)in clinical practice.However,the hospital stay is relatively long.The enhanced re-covery after surgery(ERAS)protocol management results in a shorter hospital stay and,as verified by day sur-gery,does not increase the risk of postoperative adverse events.This article reviews the latest progress of ERAS protocols for pediatric LP both domestically and internationally.It recommends relatively important ERAS ele-ments and major outcome indicators in preoperative,intraoperative,and postoperative stages,promoting the ap-plication of ERAS protocols in LP.关键词
