摘要
Abstract
Developing the new productive force is the key factor to promoting the high-quality development of forestry and grassland in China.Centering on the connotation and characteristics of the new productive force of forestry and grassland,this paper constructs an index system for forestry and grassland to evaluate the new productive force.This study can not only provide references for related research,but also provide a basis for formulating policies related to the cultivation and development of new productive force of forestry and grassland in China.In this sense,this paper analyzes the connotation and typical characteristics of forestland and grassland's new productive force,and constructs an evaluation index system of the new productive force from the three dimensions of high-tech investment,high efficiency and high-quality development,in order to provide references for deepening the cultivation and development of forestry and grassland's new productive force and developing the related policies.关键词
