The leap from forest transformation to forestry modernization:the internal logic and promotion mechanism of empowering new productive force
摘要
Abstract
The forest,as the principal part of ecological construction and a large-scale circular economy,provides effective empowerment for the comprehensive green transformation and development of China's economy and society.At present,China has achieved forest transformation in the traditional sense,shifting from forest deficit to forest surplus.However,the requirement of forest transformation is further raised in the new era,which is forestry modernization construction.From this perspective,with the aim of promoting the construction of forestry modernization,this article studies the internal logic and promotion mechanism of improvement from forest transformation to forestry modernization by empowering new productive force of forestry.Firstly,explained the core connotation of new productive force of forestry.Secondly,clarified the logical framework,including the power logic of innovation-driven,the value logic of high-quality development,the system logic of integration and coordination,and the ecological logic of green and sustainable.Thirdly,elaborated on empowering effect and promoting mechanism that includes policy guidance,innovation-driven,industrial integration,talent support and market incentive.关键词
