林草新质生产力发展路径探析

Abstract
Developing new productive forces is an inherent requirement and key focus for promoting high-quality development.Vigorously cultivating and developing new productive forces in forestry and grassland is the only way to achieve high-quality development of forestry and grassland industry.The essential characteristics of the new productive force in forestry and grassland are concentrated in two aspects:"new"and"quality",namely innovation driven advanced productivity and low-carbon,circular and sustainable green productivity.According to the essential characteristics mentioned above,the article proposes innovative development paths and green development paths for the new productive forces in forestry and grassland.The innovative development paths include:1)Strengthening technological innovation to enhance the original driving force for the development of new productive forces;2)Enhancing the transformation and application of scientific and technological achievements to drive industrial innovation through technological innovation;3)Promoting management innovation and institutional innovation to build new production relationships that meet the development requirement of new productive forces.The green development paths include:1)Advancing the green transformation and upgrading of traditional industries to achieve efficiency gains through industrial quality improvement;2)Cultivating green emerging industries and future industries to expand space through industrial innovation;3)Improving the ecological product value realization mechanism to enrich the connotation through value transformation.关键词
