宝鸡市生态林业助力乡村振兴的对策探讨OA

Developing ecological forestry is an important means to achieving rural revitalization.With abundant forest resources,Baoji is a big city of forestry,acting as an important natural and ecological barrier of the western region in Shaanxi Province.It is supposed to direct the ecological forestry to play key roles in rural revitalization,especially in ecological improvement,industrial development,resource protection and rural governance.The paper takes Baoji City as a case to summarize its experience and performances in ecological forestry development and the prominent problems arising in the process of ecological forestry contributing to rural civilization.The problems mainly include insufficient functionality of forestland resources,less benefits from specialty forestry industry and the need to improve the technological innovation capability.In view of the problems,the countermeasures are put forward for improving the contribution of ecological forestry to rural civilization,including:1)to promote the greening and beautification action;2)to develop the high-efficient green forestry industry;3)to deepen the reform of the collective forest tenure system;and 4)to improve the new productive force for forestry.
