普通烟草SBP基因家族生物信息学分析
Genome-wide Identification and Analysis of SBPGene Family in Tobacco

Abstract
SBP genes belong to one of the largest families of transcription factors,which have been discovered and reported in many species,but have not been well studied in tobacco.A total of 29 SBP genes were identified in tobacco and named NtSBP01~NtSBP29 according to their chromosome distribution.The physicochemical characters,chromosome localization,phylogenetic tree,gene structure,conserved motifs and collinearity analysis of tobacco SBP members were analyzed.According to phylogenetic tree,NtSBP genes can be divided into Ground Ⅰ~Ⅷ classes.Homology analysis showed that there were 10 homologous genes in NtSBP gene and 5 homologous genes between tobacco and Arabidopsis.Cis-acting element analysis indicated that tobacco SBP gene may be involved in light and low temperature response and growth regulation.The results lay a foundation for further functional analysis.关键词
