基于PMC指数模型的粮食主产区农业现代化政策评价
Policy Evaluation of Agricultural Modernization in Main Grain-producing Areas Based on PMC Index Model

Abstract
The agricultural modernization policy is a"top-level design"to promote agricultural modernization.As a developed agricultural area,the main grain-producing area,whether its policy formulation is scientific and reasonable will directly affect the construction of China's agricultural power.This paper takes the agricultural modernization policy of the main grain-producing area derived from random sampling as the research object,and combines text mining with the PMC index model to quantitatively evaluate it.The results show that in the policy sample,two policies have reached the perfect level,five policies have performed well,and only one policy is below the good level,which shows that the formulation of agricultural modernization policies in provinces and cities in the main grain-producing areas is relatively scientific and reasonable,but there is still some room for improvement.Specifically,various policies perform well in policy content,policy measures and policy functions.Policy timeliness and policy-related departments are the focus of policy optimization.关键词
