高质量发展视角下确保中国种子供给安全研究
Research on China's Seed Supply Security from the Perspective of High-quality Development
摘要
Abstract
This paper,based on Porter's Diamond Model,conducts an in-depth analysis of the current situation and challenges of China's seed supply security under the perspective of high-quality development.The research findings reveal that although China has largely achieved self-sufficiency in seed quantity,there remain deficiencies in seed quality.The main reasons include overlapping functions of research platforms,a shortage of high-end breeding talent,insufficient international competitiveness and lack of long-term strategic planning among seed enterprises,ineffective market regulation,and imperfect variety protection systems.To enhance the international competitiveness of China's seed industry,ensure food security,and promote high-quality agricultural development,it is recommended to construct a national-level seed research platform,cultivate and attract high-end breeding talents,promote the group development of seed enterprises,and implement a diversified breeding investment strategy led by the government.关键词
