中国碳市场运行状况与对策分析
Analysis of the Operation Status and Countermeasures Analysis of China's Carbon Market
摘要
Abstract
Nowadays,climate change is the focus of the world's attention.Carbon emissions trading internalizes the negative externality of carbon dioxide emissions.Building carbon markets is an important measure to achieve China's emission reduction goals.The carbon markets promote the transfer of emission reduction tasks among companies covered by carbon markets through price signal,and the companies achieve emission reduction goals based on the market mechanism and cost minimization.This paper systematically analyzes the operation status of China's carbon markets,examining the main problems in China's carbon markets from the aspects of carbon price,transaction scale,and transaction concentration.In addition,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the problems,such as low carbon price and high transaction concentration,intending to provide a decision-making reference for improving China's carbon markets.关键词
