摘要

Abstract

To investigate the effects of knee pad tightness on the stress and displacement of meniscus and tibio-femoral cartilage of knee joint at different angles.Firstly,the human knee joint data of a volunteer were obtained by MRI,and the finite element model of knee joint was constructed.The validity of the model was verified by comparing with the re-sults of previous studies.Subsequently,the knee joint models with knee flexion angles of 0°,30° and 60° were established in the simulation software.By changing the pressure of 12 reference points of the external soft tissue of the knee joint,the compression of the knee joint under different knee flexion angles was simulated.Then,taking the maximum Mises stress and maximum displacement of the tibiofemoral joint cartilage and meniscus as the research indicators,the mechanical char-acteristics of the meniscus and tibiofemoral joint under different knee flexion angles and different knee pad tightness were analyzed.The results show that in the stress dimension,the influence of different knee tightness on the meniscus and tibio-femoral joint is different under different angles.In the displacement dimension,the greater the tightness at different angles,the better the protective effect on all parts of the knee joint.
