Abstract
The domestic 50 D T400 polyester filament is used in the weft direction.The influences of the grey cloth design and dyeing and finishing process on the weft tearing strength are discussed.The optimal pretreatment process is determined as follows:alkali cold reactor and continuous bleaching.At the same time,according to the orthogonal experi-mental design method,the damage to the strength of polyester filament fabric is the least when the air dispersion dyeing temperature is 120℃,the dosage of soda ash is 3.5 g/L,the dosage of insurance powder is 4.0 g/L and the temperature is 85℃.Through the study of different types of soft silicone oil and setting temperature,the best type of silicone oil and set-ting temperature for improving tearing strength are determined,and finally the tearing strength of T400 polyester filament reaches 8.9 N(2.0 lbf).关键词
