美容双极射频电极直径及间距对皮下温度场的影响

Abstract
In order to explore the effect of electrode diameter and electrode spacing on the subcutaneous temperature field,we studied the effect of different electrode diameters and spacing on the subcutaneous temperature field based on simulation analysis and in vitro pig skin experiment.In the simulation study of COMSOL Multiphysics,the bipolar RF finite element skin model was first estab-lished,and then the temperature distribution of the subcutaneous tissue after heating was simulated by changing the electrode diameter and electrode spacing.The results showed that when the electrode size gradually increased,the position of the highest temperature target was basically unchanged,but the heating area expanded and the temperature rise was significant.When the electrode spacing in-creased,the position of the highest temperature target gradually deepened,and the heating area expanded,but the temperature rise rate decreased.In particular,when the electrode diameter was 4~6 mm,the spacing was 2.37~4.25 mm,the heating time was about the 20 s,the target depth was about half of the electrode spacing,and the temperature range area of 41~43 °C was the largest.The re-search results provide technical value for the development and application of household bipolar RF beauty devices.关键词
