深度学习在癌症生存期预测中的研究进展
Research progress of deep learning in predicting cancer survival
摘要
Abstract
Cancer is one of the major diseases that threaten human life and health,accurately predicting its survival period is bene-ficial for assisting doctors to make personalized diagnosis and treatment plans and improve the prognosis of patients.Deep learning(DL)model has significant advantages in processing complex medical data,mining potential features and has been widely used in cancer survival prediction research.This paper systematically reviews and summarizes the application of mainstream networks based on DL in cancer survival prediction in recent years,expounds the performance of each network in cancer prognosis prediction tasks.Final-ly,the limitations of DL in cancer prognosis prediction model(such as data diversity,universality and explanatory models,etc.)is discussed in depth,and the future prospect is discussed,so as to provide new ideas for cancer prognosis prediction research.关键词
