Advances in the biosynthesis and purification of β-nicotinamide mononucleotide
摘要
Abstract
β-nicotinamide mononucleotide(NMN)is one of the key precursor substances for the synthesis of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NAD+)in mammals.MNN can inhibit neural and vascular aging,improve the chronic diseases,and has broad applica-tion prospects in health food and medicine.Microbial synthesis of NMN is an economical and sustainable source,mainly obtained through rational methods such as metabolic engineering and synthetic biology.However,due to the long metabolic pathways,complex regulatory mechanisms,and unclear nature of NMN in microbial cells,production strains still face issues.This review summarizes the relevant progress in NMN biosynthesis and purification process applications,and briefly looks forward to future development trends,which can provide reference and guidance for subsequent related research and application.关键词
