试验旨在探究丙酸钙处理玉米秸秆黄贮饲料对湖羊生长性能、消化代谢和血清生化指标的影响.选择日龄相近、体重(21.39±0.76)kg、体况良好的85日龄湖羊公羊30只,随机分为3组,每组10个重复,每个重复1只湖羊.玉米秸秆组(CK组)饲喂基础饲粮,黄贮组(A组)以玉米秸秆黄贮等量代替基础饲粮中的玉米秸秆,丙酸钙组(B组)以0.2%丙酸钙处理玉米秸秆黄贮等量代替基础饲粮中的玉米秸秆.试验期42 d.结果显示,B组湖羊的平均日增重显著高于CK组(P<0.05),料重比显著低于CK组和A组(P<0.05).B组湖羊的粗蛋白(CP)表观消化率显著高于CK组和A组(P<0.05).各组湖羊的氮代谢、钙代谢、磷代谢均无显著差异(P>0.05),B组湖羊的氮保留率、钙保留率高于CK组和A组(P>0.05).各组湖羊的血清生化指标均无显著差异(P>0.05),B组的血清尿素氮(BUN)含量较CK组和A组有下降趋势.研究表明,使用丙酸钙处理玉米秸秆黄贮饲料可以提高湖羊的平均日增重,降低料重比,提高粗蛋白表观消化率.

The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of yellow-corn straw feed treated with calcium propionate on growth performance,digestion and metabolism and serum biochemical indexes of Hu sheep.A total of 30 male Hu sheep with similar age and body weight(21.39±0.76)kg were selected and randomly divided into three groups,with 10 replicates per group and one Hu sheep per replicate.The corn straw group(CK group)was fed a basal diet,the yellow-corn straw group(Group A)replaced an equivalent amount of corn straw in the basal diet with yellow-corn straw,and the calcium propionate group(Group B)replaced an equivalent amount of corn straw in the basal diet with yellow-corn straw treated with 0.2%calcium propionate.The trial period was 42 days.The results showed that the average daily weight gain of Hu sheep in Group B was significantly higher than that in the CK group(P<0.05),and the ratio of feed to gain was significantly lower than that in CK group and Group A(P<0.05).The apparent crude protein(CP)digestibility of Hu sheep in Group B was significantly higher than that in CK group and Group A(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in nitrogen metabolism,calcium metabolism,and phosphorus metabolism of Hu sheep among all groups(P>0.05),the nitrogen retention rates and calcium retention rates in Group B were higher than those in CK group and Group A(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in serum biochemical indexes of Hu sheep among all groups(P>0.05),the serum BUN content in Group B tended to decrease compared to CK group and Group A.The study indicates that the addition of yellow-corn straw treated with calcium propionate to the diet can improve the average daily weight gain,reduce the feed to gain ratio,and enhance the apparent digestibility of crude protein in Hu sheep.
